Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are invited to submit the full-length paper for consideration in the conference proceedings.

Steps for Full Paper Submission

Step 1: Prepare Your Full Paper

• The full paper must strictly follow the prescribed template.
  
  

• Papers that are not formatted as per the template will not be accepted for publication.
  
  

• Authors are advised to carefully check:
  
  

  • Page layout
    
    

  • Font type and size
    
    

  • Section headings
    
    

  • Figures, tables, and references format
    
    

Important: Unformatted or partially formatted papers will be rejected without review.

Step 2: Submit via Google Form

• Authors must submit the full paper through the designated Google Form link provided below.
  
  

• Submission by email will not be accepted.
  
  

Step 3: Select Publication Option

• Two publication options will be available in the submission form.
  
  

• Authors must select their preferred publication option at the time of full paper submission.
  
  

Step 4: Review and Acceptance

• Submitted full papers will undergo technical screening and peer review.
  
  

• Acceptance will be communicated via email.
  
  

Step 5: Registration and Publication Fee

• Conference registration is mandatory for publication.
  
  

• Full papers will not be accepted for publication without completed conference registration.
  
  

• The publication fee is to be paid only after acceptance of the full paper.
  
  

• Payment instructions will be shared along with the acceptance notification.
